The Open vSwitch team is pleased to announce the release of Open vSwitch 2.1.0:

This release contains new features and significant performance improvements.  Feature highlights of 2.1.0 include:

    * Changes to the threading model brings better flow set up performance

    * TCP flag matching

    * Address prefix tracking option to generate better megaflows

    * OpenFlow 1.1+ "Write Actions" instruction

    * Support for Linux kernels up to 3.11
