[ovs-announce] Open vSwitch 2.7.2 and 2.5.3 Available

The Open vSwitch team is pleased to announce the release of Open vSwitch 2.7.2:

This release contains bug fixes and minor improvements for 2.7.1.  Due to an issue introduced in the previous release, it is highly recommended that users of 2.7.1 upgrade.

In addition to the 2.7.2 release, we've also released 2.5.3 from our LTS branch, which contains fixes for 2.5.2:
