[ovs-build] Open vSwitch support on Rhel 8.0 Beta kernel

Hello everyone,



I am trying to build upstream Open vSwitch on Rhel 8.0 Beta
kernel(4.18.0-32.el8.x86_64) and it is failing with the below error:
