Message: Copy OVN files from openvswitch/ovs repo using git-filter-branch

On openvswitch/ovs repo

 $git filter-branch --prune-empty --subdirectory-filter ovn  -d ovn_split_testing

On ovn-org/ovn repo
------------------
 $git remote add ovs-source  /path/to/local/ovs/repo/
 $git pull ovs-source master --allow-unrelated-histories
    - resolved .gitignore and other automake.mk conflicts
    - deleted the automake.mk file after the git-pull

Compilation is still broken. tests/test-ovn.c is failing because it is out
of sync. Next commit will take care of tests/test-ovn.c and tests/ovn.at
(and other related tests files).
