[ovs-dev] [mirror names 00/10] Fix mirror implementation dependency on names

This patch series started out as a straightforward fix to bug #2416, which
reports that mirrors that have the same name within a single bridge do not
work properly.  Then, as I was investigating, I found a whole bunch of
places, mostly related to OVSDB, where we could do better.  So the series
starts out with those improvements, and the actual bug fix is only in the
final patch.
