Yah I went through by hand and checked.  It's possible that I made
some mistakes.  When in doubt I left a program or directory path alone
because the script still runs fine if a particular program is missing.

Again, when in doubt I left stuff in.  I'll go ahead and remove those
now that I know they are xen specific.
