[ovs-dev] [PATCH 3/4] xenserver: Find managers referenced in manager_options column, if any.

Everything in here looks good, but when it clears the manager_options
column it should also destroy the records that it referenced.

It might be better for everyone to introduce new ovs-vsctl commands to
work with managers, similar to the ones for controllers, since there is
a bit of inconvenient manual labor otherwise.
