Why is this plugin named xen-info?  In what way is it specific to Xen?
I would name it something like "timezone" or "tzinfo".

The description in xenserver/README does not say anything about a
timezone.

Please keep the list in debian/copyright.in in alphabetical order:
"kernel" goes before "network".
