[ovs-dev] [post-8024 3/5] ofp-util: Rename MAY_IPV6_ADDR to MAY_IPV6.

The MAY_IPV6_ADDR function now includes the IPv6 flow label, so it is
clearer to just call it MAY_IPV6.
