[ovs-dev] [PATCH] test-openflowd: Remove.

No, I'm starting to get bug reports just because users are using
test-openflowd instead of ovs-vswitchd.  I don't want to support that.

For the future, a reasonable approach is to add an ovs-vswitchd mode
that integrates ovsdb-server, so that two separate processes are not
necessary.
