[ovs-dev] [classifier-opt 12/28] flow: Use bit-mask for DSCP and ECN bits, instead of FWW_* flags.

I think you might be right about which way is a little prettier, but
all this code gets deleted a few commits later so I don't think I'm
going to tweak the style.
