[ovs-dev] Patch for MPLS

Hi,

Attached patch to support MPLS actions and match based on OF 1.1 specification. Unit-tests.txt contains unit-tests performed on following systems

CentOS 6.2, 2.6.32 kernel version, on Intel x86
Ubuntu 11.10, 3.0.0 kernel version, on Intel x86_64
