[ovs-dev] How to configure port mirroring with RSPAN

What have you tried?  The ovs-vsctl man page provides an example of setting up a port mirror.  From this, you should be able to extrapolate how to configure a VLAN mirror based on the documentation in the ovs-vswitchd.conf.db man page.
