[ovs-dev] [PATCH v2] datapath: Support for kernel 3.3

Fixed according to comments from Jesse.
v1-v2:
	- Fixed version check of supported kernels.
	- Included linux version.h
	- Defined dst_get_neighbour_noref() as macro.
