[ovs-dev] [PATCH] OPENFLOW-1.1+: Remove completed tasks.

It appears to me that OFPST_TABLE is correct for OF1.1+, so I'm removing
that.

DESIGN describes OF1.2 flow_mod, so I'm removing that.

Port and queue stats include duration these days.  The proposed patch to
implement groups includes duration also.
