[ovs-dev] [PATCH] ofproto-dpif-xlate: Hide 'struct xlate_ctx'.

This patch neglected to delete the struct xlate_ctx; prototype from
ofproto-dpif-xlate.h.  Assuming there are no comments, I'll delete
that before merging.
