My guess is that we're still a couple of weeks away from conntrack being ready for formal review. Andy Zhou is working on the IP fragment reassembly, which I think needs to be in there before we can reasonably send it out. This has turned out to be fairly tricky, since we need to hand potentially large packets to userspace which exceed the Netlink interface's limit and we need to figure out how to re-fragment packets before transmitting.
I've added support for connmark in my private repo. I need to merge it with my public repo. I should have that done by Monday, and then I'll send out a message to ovs-dev.
