That is a good idea.

I added this:

    Bug #1234567.
    Issue: 1234567

        These are obsolete forms of VMware-BZ: that can still be seen
        in old change log entries.  (They are obsolete because they do
        not tell the reader what bug tracker is referred to.)

and I will apply this to master in a minute.
