Maybe the documentation in this patch is good enough for people who
already understand provider VLANs to know what it means.  I am not one
of those people.  Can you give a reference that explains how one
configures this feature on a conventional switch, or the expected
behavior of provider VLANs, or something else that I can use to learn
from?
