[ovs-dev] Testing of openvswitch source code

Hello,

I've made few changes in the source code of openvswitch for a personal
project.
How do I check the working of my implemented version of code??
Any leads on how to install and run the source in ubuntu?

I've also tried the method mention in
http://networkstatic.net/installing-and-configuring-openvswitch-on-ubuntu-12-04-precise-pangolin/

But " insmod datapath/linux/openvswitch.ko " I'm not been able in OVS
kernel module, it shows me an error
" insmod: error inserting 'datapath/linux/openvswitch.ko': -1 Unknown
symbol in module "
