[ovs-dev] Question about DPDK + OVS in high level

Hi.

In OVS 2.4 version, it includes DPDK as mainstream since there is
INSTALL.DPDK.md.
Is it different from OVDK?
In other words, OVS + DPDK in version OVS 2.4 is not OVDK?
