I used the term "build test" meaning to say, testing whether the build
works! 'make check' works but takes a long time. AppVeyor does not let
build run beyond 40 minutes and so I am skipping the tests.
I already pushed this patch as mentioned in the reply to Ben. Do let
me know if there are any concerns and I will change the patch and
provide a new one.
