I think you are using kmod-openvswitch-2.3.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm which is
compiled against default 2.6.32 kernel on CentOS 6.5, that will not
work. I am not sure if there is any OVS rpm for the Xen4CentOS kernel.
You can try built-in openvswitch kernel module or compile it using OVS
source.
