[ovs-dev] intermittent crash during ovsdb updates with ovs-2.4

I've spent some time this afternoon trying to reproduce the problem.
I've been unsuccessful.  Can you provide a simple formula for
reproducing it?  If you do, then I am confident that I can fix the
problem.
