m4/openvswitch.m4 has the following substitution.
NetBSD's /bin/sh complains on that.
PTHREAD_WIN32_DIR_DLL=/${withval/:/}/dll/x64
i've looked at bash's man page but i couldn't find this substitution.
can you explain what does it mean, and even better, replace it
with something more portable? thank you.
