[ovs-dev] Cant `make install` ovs

Hi,
If you could have a look at this

or here is the detail.

I am following this
<https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs/blob/master/INSTALL.DPDK.md> guide to
install OVS with DPDK.
I manage till *2.3 Install OVS*

> cd $OVS_DIR
> ./boot.sh
> ./configure --with-dpdk=$DPDK_BUILD

all runs fine without any error but when I do

> make install

It fails.

I don't understand what am I missing.
DPDK is *dpdk-16.07* OpenVSwitch is *openvswitch-2.5.0* Ubuntu is *Ubuntu
16.04.1 LTS*
