[ovs-dev] Testing experimenter match

You described the typical way that "make check" tests such things, for
cases where we had our doubts when we added a field.  See, for example,
the tests "ofproto-dpif - ICMPv6" or "ofproto-dpif - Neighbor Discovery
set-field with checksum update".
