Hi Steve

This thread is still getting filtered by OVS dev.
I think we can close this thread off since there are no action
items remaining on this topic and so I don't have to keep copying

The case I was thinking about was subnetting change "make-before-break".
But what I meant
by the last response below - is I don't think we should do anything
special; meaning your change to the for loop where you added a break is
fine.

"The only normal usage I could think of for the original code in the
previous patches is maybe for reconfiguration transitional cases, but thats
beyond
the scope of this kind of support and will waste CPU cycles ongoing for
little to no gain. So better to avoid it."
