We don't do copyright assignments or CLAs, so as long as the licensing
is Apache 2.0 (as indicated by Signed-off-by, see CONTRIBUTING.md), it's
good by us.

You're of course welcome to (and probably should) include a copyright
statement for yourself or your employer (as appropriate) in files you
create or touch.
