In a firewall testbench set up with
table=0, priority=1 actions=drop
table=0, priority=10,arp actions=NORMAL

I measured packet Rx rate in Mpps (regardless of packet loss).
Bidirectional test with 64B UDP packets.
2 PMDs, 3 Tx q.
