Can this series - Partial cluster support in Python IDL client  (
https://patchwork.ozlabs.org/project/openvswitch/list/?series=54336) be
considered for OVS 2.10 ?

This would be helpful for OpenStack networking-ovn, to connect to the
cluster dbs.
