[ovs-dev] How to dump DPDK log?

Yes that should do it, once done don't forget to rebuild both DPDK and OVS.

Cant remember from the top of my head which DPDK debug to enable, but 
the following will do it for sure:

    ovs-appctl vlog/set file:dpdk:dbg
    ovs-appctl vlog/set file:netdev_dpdk:dbg
