Thanks for the patch.

I wasn't able to apply this patch.  In two places, the patch was
corrupted (the patch didn't properly represent page-break characters in
the source code but transformed them into blank lines).  I fixed that up
after figuring out what was going on, but after that there were patch
rejects.

It might be a good idea to resubmit this as a Github pull request.
