[ovs-dev] ovn-controller consuming lots of CPU

Hi All,
I’m using the latest ovn 2.11.1 version, I found ovn-controller consuming a lot of CPU, I’d like to know if this is a bug, This seems to have happened before, but not in the same place,
This time the lib/stream-fd.c seems has some problem.
