[ovs-dev] OVN 20.03.0 Released

Hi everyone,

I'm happy to announce that OVN 20.03.0 has been tagged and released. You 
should be able to get the v20.03.0 tag from github [1]. Thanks to 
everyone's hard work to get this release made.

I'm announcing the release here, but it also would be good if it could 
be announced on the openvswitch website since we still do not have an 
operational OVN site at this time.

Ben, would that be appropriate for me to add?
