[ovs-dev] Fail to compile the git master version of openvswitch on Ubuntu 20.04.

I try to compile the git master version of openvswitch on Ubuntu 20.04
with the following steps:

$ sudo apt-get build-dep openvswitch-switch
$ git clone https://github.com/openvswitch/ovs.git openvswitch/ovs.git
$ cd openvswitch/ovs.git/
$ ./boot.sh
$ ./configure
$ make -j1
[...]
make  all-recursive
