There is no check to see if the option is available for my system, I can set it to avx512 on a system without support :(

[wsfd-netdev64]$ ovs-appctl dpif-netdev/miniflow-parser-get
Available Optimized Miniflow Extracts:
  autovalidator (available: True)
  disable (available: True)
  study (available: True)
  avx512_vbmi_ipv4_udp (available: False)
  avx512_ipv4_udp (available: False)
  avx512_vbmi_ipv4_tcp (available: False)
  avx512_ipv4_tcp (available: False)
  avx512_vbmi_dot1q_ipv4_udp (available: False)
  avx512_dot1q_ipv4_udp (available: False)
  avx512_vbmi_dot1q_ipv4_tcp (available: False)
  avx512_dot1q_ipv4_tcp (available: False)

[wsfd-netdev64]$ ovs-appctl dpif-netdev/miniflow-parser-set avx512_vbmi_ipv4_udp
Miniflow implementation set to avx512_vbmi_ipv4_udp.
