I think you also need to update the above “syntax” (not part of this snippet) to show the decap syntax with packet_type. Guess this was not added when NSH got added.

The ovs_action_add_mpls also has a tun_flags field which is left uninitialized. So either memset the structure or set it to 0.

I think we still need to skip this test if we do not have kernel support for this, as we might give a false impression it works, but actually, it's not tested and we fall back to slow-path.
