[ovs-dev] [PATCH ovn v2 1/2] ovn-northd: Rename ovn-northd.c to northd.c

In order to seperate the northd processing logic from the ovn-northd
application logic, rename ovn-northd. In this way, we can recreate
ovn-northd.c with only the application logic.
