[ovs-discuss] [PATCH 1/4] tests: Rename NTOHL/NTOHS macros

NetBSD defines NTOHL and NTOHS macros that are used differently than how
they are defined in the test-classifier.c.  This commit renames the local
definition so there's no conflict.
