[ovs-discuss] New "dev" Mailing List

Welcome to the Open vSwitch "discuss" mailing list!  We've been a bit  
worried that our discussion list may have gotten a little too bogged  
down into the nitty gritty of development, so we've created a new  
"dev" mailing list where "down in the weeds" discussion and code  
reviews will happen:

I encourage anyone who is interested in developing Open vSwitch (or  
enjoys Ben's public flogging of my code) to subscribe.

Our hope is that the "discuss" mailing list to which you are  
subscribed will be a place where people can ask questions and make  
suggestions about how to improve Open vSwitch.  This is the place  
where roadmaps will be discussed and designs will be vetted.  Thank  
you for being a part of Open vSwitch!
