Hi Thomas.

You should not run both ovs-vswitchd and ovs-openflowd.  Run only one or
the other, probably ovs-vswitchd.

I don't see where INSTALL.Linux says to run ovs-openflowd.  Does it?  Or
are you reading a different document?
