The patch at that URL won't help unless you apply it to the Git tree and
then run "make dist".

I've now done so and put up an "unofficial" tarball of it (actually, of
the tip of the "citrix" branch) at
http://benpfaff.org/~blp/openvswitch-0.90.7.ezio-fix.tar.gz
