[ovs-discuss] Fail getting started with openvswitch

The OVS and kernel versions sound fine, so it's important to see the
panic message to find out what's gone wrong.

If you can't get a magic SysRq to work, it's fine to just take a
photograph of the screen and post a link to a .jpg.
