config.log says:

  configure:6695: checking for Linux 2.6 build directory
  configure:6702: result: no
  configure:6704: error: source dir
/lib/modules/2.6.26.5-netkit-K2.8/build doesn't exist

Are you sure that you passed the right directory name on --with-l26?
