[ovs-discuss] show mac learning table

I'm not sure how thorough the port was to FreeBSD, so I'm not certain that ovs-appctl will work.  I'd recommend looking at the man page for ovs-appctl.  As it mentions, you can specify the "--target" option and have it point directly to the "ovs-vswitchd.<PID>.ctl" file.
