[ovs-discuss] Bug in ovs-openflowd

ovs-openflowd was renamed test-openflowd in 1.2.0, and then both were removed in 1.3.0.  If you want to run that particular lab, you'd need to download an older version.  However, we recommend using ovs-vswitchd, since that's a full-featured switch.
