It passes for me with current master on eder.debian.org:

    (wheezy)pfaffben at eder:~/openvswitch-1.9.90$ uname -a
    Linux eder 2.6.39-3-loongson-2e #1 Sat Aug 20 16:36:12 UTC 2011 mips64 GNU/Linux
    (wheezy)pfaffben at eder:~/openvswitch-1.9.90$ make check TESTSUITEFLAGS='-k netflow'
    [...]
    ## ------------------------------ ##
    ## openvswitch 1.9.90 test suite. ##
    ## ------------------------------ ##

    ofproto-dpif

    564: ofproto-dpif - NetFlow flow expiration ok
    565: ofproto-dpif - NetFlow active expiration ok

    ## ------------- ##
    ## Test results. ##
    ## ------------- ##

    All 2 tests were successful.
    make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/pfaffben/openvswitch-1.9.90'
    make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/pfaffben/openvswitch-1.9.90'
    make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/pfaffben/openvswitch-1.9.90'

I suspect that you're just seeing a testsuite bug that has since been
fixed. In that case it's nothing to worry about.
