Hi,
 The openflow spec 1.0 mentions -

"Features: Upon Transport Layer Security (TLS) session establishment, the
controller sends a features request message to the switch."

 Does it mean the controller MUST send the feature request message after
exchange of the Hello messages?

 I got this doubt because when I am connecting through dpctl, I dont see
feature request/reply going on. I would like to know if the standard 1.0
considers it a requirement to exchange feature req/reply messages for
openflow session establishment.
