[ovs-discuss] TLS session timeout and backup controller issue

hi,

In openflow spec 1.0 it is written -
*"In the case that a switch loses contact with the controller, as a result
of a echo
*
*request timeout, TLS session timeout, or other disconnection, it should
attempt*
*to contact one or more backup controllers."*

so im trying ro simulate this scenario where switch looses contact after
echo request timeout.
